Technical support for AIRS is provided by our software developer, Netsmart Technologies. All AIDS Institute sponsored providers may obtain technical support by phone, email or through Netsmart's AIRS suppport website.
If you have any questions about using the software or if you experience any software bugs or system malfunction, please use the link below to contact Netsmart and submit a service ticket. This is the most efficient method of resolving any technical issues as each service ticket can be tracked for quality assurance and follow-up.
A login and password are required to accessall the features of Netsmart's AIRS support site. If you do not have an account, an account can be created for you instantly, simply email SUPPORTAIRS@ntst.com or call 212-727-8342 to set up an account. Please click the link below to log a support ticket.
If you do not have an account and you simply want to send in a support ticket, you can just email SUPPORTAIRS@ntst.com and a ticket will be created for you automatically.
You may also e-mail the technical assistance coordinators at the AIDS Institute for additional support. They can help you with implementation of AIRS at your agency and answer questions about any AIDS Institute funded programs.
