AIRS Support

Technical support for AIRS is provided by our software developer, Netsmart Technologies. All AIDS Institute sponsored providers may obtain technical support by phone, email or through Netsmart's AIRS support website.

If you have any questions about using the software or if you experience any software bugs or system malfunction, please use the link below to contact Netsmart and submit a service ticket. This is the most efficient method of resolving any technical issues as each service ticket can be tracked for quality assurance and follow-up.

A login and password are required to access all features of Netsmart's AIRS support site such as downloading upgrades. If you want to have full access to Netsmart’s support site and wish to have an account, an account can be created for you instantly, simply email SUPPORTAIRS@ntst.com.

If you have programmatic issues or questions about your AIDS Institute contracts, you may also e-mail the technical assistance coordinators at the AIDS Institute for additional support. They can help you with implementation of AIRS at your agency and answer questions about any AIDS Institute funded programs.
