Monthly Prevention User Group Conference Call

The HIV Prevention Division of the AIDS Institute also hosts a conference call every month specifically to address issues for users from New York State agencies with Prevention contracts.

The Prevention Call is on the 2nd MONDAY of every month at 10 AM.

Monthly User Group Webinars

We host a monthly webinar for AIRS Users so everyone can have an opportunity to ask questions or discuss issues with using the AIRS software. We also use these webinars to highlight new features and get feedback about potential software changes. The webinar is attended by representatives from Netsmart Technologies and the AIDS Institute so they can answer user concerns and questions. The schedule for the User Group Webinar is listed below.
