Patch for v9.0.70 has been released…

This patch is mandatory for ALL agencies using AIRS! Software will not function correctly unless the patch has been applied.

Items fixed and added in this patch:

An error with the “Close Inactive Clients in Agency’ utility has been addressed.

An error when running “RSR Completeness Reports” has been addressed.

Service Category (00005) Supportive Services

The encounter (226) Short Term Rental and Utilities Assistance has been added to this service category with the following services:

(374) Housing Placement

(1000) Home Inspection

(1027) Lease Negotiations

The encounter (300) Housing Retention Services has been removed from this service category.

Updates have been made to the SEP Unit Referral Report to ensure that SDOH referrals and other recently added referrals are properly being captured.

The field ‘Use4Group’ has been updated to ‘F’ for Service Category (00053) Linkage, Retention, & Adherence Services.

The field “Use4Serv” has been updated to ‘T’ for Service Category (00067) Social Determinants of Health – Groups.

The quantity field for HR Materials Provided has been updated to allow 5 digits.

Please download AIRSmr09_00_070_3.zip, dated September 4, 2024.

Make sure to read and follow the patch application instructions which are also available for download. (AIRS9070PATCH-Instructions.PDF).

For those agencies currently on all other versions of AIRS:

You must first apply the full version upgrade to v9.0.70 before applying this additional patch!
